I'm trying to get scrolls of truth but the guy from the vault of tears never even dropped it, I always steal black wings and the weapon once, I went to all the places to see what golden familiar drops them but like I said didn't encounter any in tombstone trail or glittering grotto. They make you loot items that you can then sell directly into your inventory in exchange for gold.
